This week, we had the privilege of chatting to Muneesh Wadhwa, the founder of Humanity In Business. After years of working across a variety of industries, he really began to realise the reoccurring theme of employee disengagement. Humanity In Business says that in a global survey, only 13% of employees are actually engaged at work and that’s a huge number. As a company, their mission is to help companies achieve 100% employee engagement.
Muneesh believes that in order to do this we need leaders that are authentic and real, and who know their values and purpose.
In this episode, we talk about the character of a human-centred leader and what that looks like, how conscious leadership is revolutionising the businesses they’re in, and also, how we can combat this lack of engagement in the workplace.
We hope you enjoy this conversation and take something from it.
Also a big thank you to Naut for the music!
