LUSH identify as a campaigning company – their story is a real testament to purpose-driven business. Tash talks about their origins in activism and how that’s shaped and transformed their company over the years. LUSH have some pretty ballsy policies that keep them true to their purpose and connected with their audience – like their ‘No above the line or below the line spend’ policy, only using employees in photoshoots, and never retouching images.
They now have hundreds of stores spread across the world – the company is truly inspirational. We really enjoyed talking to Tash, the passion she has for the company was obvious. Enjoy.
