The Salvation Army Employment Plus

The Salvation Army Employment Plus is one of Australia’s largest government-funded employment services. Employment Plus provides job seekers with access to specialised training, work experience and a range of support services. They also work closely with businesses across all sectors, finding the right people to fill their needs.

The Salvation Army Employment Plus was established by The Salvation Army to deliver on their aim of helping people find work to support their wellbeing. Since 1998, they have worked with over 200,000 businesses across Australia and seen over half a million Australians placed in employment.

As a not-for-profit organisation, any surplus they make is directed back into The Salvation Army’s social programs – providing relief to the homeless, the underprivileged, victims of disaster and many other local programs that make a difference in people’s lives.

We’ve had the privilege of working closely alongside The Salvation Army Employment Plus since 2004 on more than 400 projects. We completed a huge range of branded materials, everything from awareness-building car window sun shades to helping them celebrate the milestone of placing 500,000 jobseekers into jobs. 

In 2011 we were tasked with rebranding this iconic organisation and roll the new brand out across their 60+ offices.





We created a number of awareness campaigns including TVCs. This is our favourite, produced in 2004 (and remastered and re-released in 2014), all shot on 35mm film with a beautiful soundtrack by José González, Crosses .
