The common thread in Shane’s entrepreneurial ventures is his passion for producing front-line creative work that makes a real difference. His natural penchant for leading and empowering people, along with his calm, pragmatic approach to business has been the foundation of his success in realising his passion.
Shane planted the seed of Mezzanine-media back in 1998 when he started a small post-production house in Dubbo. Luke joined him as a partner a few years later and their two-man media operation grew as quickly as their Australia-wide client base. As one of our Directors, Shane makes sure we keep a long-term vision in mind, manages our business model and oversees our systems.
Shane took another metaphorical bull by the horns and recently launched Australia’s first regional based feature film and television finishing facility in the Hunter region, FinalPost. In under two years, the company has already been involved in many high and low profile projects, including 2014 Australian feature film, Love is Now.
Shane is a busy man at work and at home with his young family, but he still loves getting a board wet occasionally. And he has an enviable bowtie collection.
