Membership Criteria
To be eligible for our Impact Program, you must be a B-Corp, Social Enterprise, Not-for-profit, a school or educational organisation and must also fit the following criteria:
- An established organisation (not start-up) with allocated budget to develop brand and communications
- Your organisation makes a positive impact in some way
- You values impactful and conscious brand, marketing, design and digital services
- Looking for partnership and a positive collaboration
How does the Program work?
- Complete the Application Form below
- We will be in touch within 3 weeks to let you know if your organisation is eligible
- If eligible, depending on your needs we’ll kick off with either a Brand Diagnostic or Implementation Plan tailored to your needs at no cost. We’ll call you to talk through this.
- Your organisation will then be entered into the program for 12 months, with exclusive access to all the member benefits. This is reassessed every 12 months.
FAQ's
This is an organisational brand diagnostic giving your organisation a roadmap to grow and develop its brand, awareness and engagement. It’s a compulsory initial project when joining the Impact Program to assess your current brand and marketing context so we can ensure that we can add real value to your organisation in the right way and at the right time. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know each other.
Depending on your organisations needs, we may suggest starting with an Implementation Plan instead of a Brand Diagnostic. This is a simpler plan outlining all project deliverables, and doesn’t go further into a holistic assessment of your brand context. This will be recommended to some organisations who already have a brand strategy and strategic deliverables in place and simply require projects to be delivered effectively.
Organisations in our Impact Program receive 25% off all our standard services – from strategic consulting for organisational purpose, values, brand workshops and marketing, right through to the delivery of storytelling, design, digital and film services.
Each year we offer two $10,000 project grants to organisations who are having a positive impact. One of these grants is only available to those in our Impact Program. The other is open to any organisation who meets the grant requirements. Members in our Impact Program have the opportunity to apply for both. Grants are redeemable for delivery of a project up to the value of $10,000 in partnership with us. Our Impact Grants open for applications in April and September each year. Keep an eye on our social media or join our mailing list to be notified when Grant Applications are open.
As a member of our Impact Program, your organisation has access to 2 free strategy sessions per year with experts on our team. These sessions are designed to help you plan ahead and stay on track with your brand and marketing. They are a one-on-one session and can be taken at a time that suits your organisation, typically outlined as part of your roadmap. Sessions must be taken within 12 months of joining and cannot be rolled over to the following year.
Members of our Impact Program have exclusive access to our Brand Impact Retainer. This is a tailored retainer partnership where your organisation has exclusive use of our talented team at subsided rates. It’s like having in-house marketing, design & digital teams without the outlay and overheads. Organisations must commit to a 6-month retainer with a set amount of hours each month. We will work with you to design a partnership that meets your exact needs.
Organisations are free to change their mind at any stage during the application or diagnostic project, you won’t be locked into anything. If your organisation decides not to continue in the program any time after the Diagnostic Project is complete, there will be a fee of $1500 ex.gst (50% off our normal rate). This is because it takes many hours to collate all the information required to complete a diagnostic, research and provide you with a tailored roadmap towards your goals. You will walk away with a clear understanding of your current situation regarding your brand and marketing, and a plan for moving forward. While we hope you will love to continue working with us, you are free to take this plan to another service provider or execute internally if you feel our program isn’t for you. It’s for this reason that we only offer the Diagnostic Project for free for those who engage with us in the Impact Program for 12 months.
