We offer website hosting and support services to clients we have developed brands and websites for. Below is a basic overview of our hosting and support services. Alternatively, if you have your own systems and support, we can provide a complete handover of your website.

*Licensing. Websites built by Mezzanine use custom-built and licensed software, plugins and fonts such as Adobe fonts, RankMath Pro (SEO), Elementor Pro (Visual Page Builder) etc. Typically, each website uses between $400-$1000 p/yr in software and font licences. We hold agency and server licences for these, and while Mezzanine is hosting your website, the cost of these licenses are included in the hosting fees above.

**Security. Additional security features/services can be provided from $5-25 per month. A basic security service include services such as On-demand manual scans, automated daily URLs scans, Domain blacklist scans, Comprehensive Files scans and File upload scans. File upload quarantine, Site protect mode, threat notifications, weekly reports and a 30 day scan history. Our advanced options include features such as uptime monitoring, auto updates with visual regression testing and malware removes. Please speak to us for more details.



Internet technology is ever-evolving and all websites require some form of maintenance from time to time. Likewise, your website should not sit idle. We encourage you to measure its effectiveness and continually evolve it to better serve your audiences.

Support requests can cover a variety of services and are typically smaller tasks that can resolved within 0.5 – 2hrs. They usually fall into the following groups;

  • Technical Support. It’s a broad list and could cover anything from domain name (NS or DNS) or content delivery network (CDN) configurations, website optimisations, new integrations or adjustments to existing integrations (such as your CRM, Zapier, Xero, ActiveCampaign etc), CMS and Plugin updates, potential plugin conflicts and error resolutions, security updates, malware scanning and cleans, backups and backup restorations etc.
  • Content and functionality updates. This could include changes to existing or new content, pages, post types, front-end designs and layouts, or adding new functionality to your website. 
  • We can also provide advice, research and recommendations when you’re wanting to make improvements or try something new.

More complex or time-consuming requests are quoted and delivered as separate projects.

There are two main ways to engage our support services;


Ad-hoc support is provided during business hours (M-F, 9-5pm AEST) are is charged as required at $250 p/hr with a minimum charge of $125 ex.gst. The vast majority of technical support requests are resolved within 0.5hr; however, after an initial investigation, if we require more than 1hr, we’ll let you know before going further.


In addition to technical support, the main purpose of setting up a regular support package is to allow us to focus and work on your brand strategy and digital goals. Each month we provide advice, execution, reporting and next steps. A custom monthly support package typically ranges from $1500 to $2500 per month.
